It is made in navy cotton fine twill fabric with a tiny white pin-dot all over. The front panel is trimmed with white Oxford cotton scallops and finished with 6 decorative white Oxford- covered buttons. The tiny peter-pan collar is in the same white Oxford cotton and the sleeves are edged in it, too.
