Back in the spring of 2006 a gorgeous three-tiered skirt, adorned with grosgrain ribbon was made by Creative Director, Alexandra Weston for her then three year old.  It was simply too popular to ignore and lead to the production of the classic HC Skirt and so the brand name Hilly Chrisp was born.
